What You Will Be Doing
- Lead a team of two to five cleaners across daily jobs
- Quality check completed work before sign-off
- Train new starters on our standards and checklists
- Handle on-site client questions and escalate issues
- Manage stock and equipment for your team
What We Are Looking For
- Two or more years of professional cleaning experience
- Confident leading a small team
- Full driver's licence and own transport
- Right to work in Australia
- Police check required (we can help arrange this)
